If your car is disconnected at any point, we do need you to make sure it’s reconnected as soon as possible. If it’s disconnected for longer than a day, we may need to estimate your daily miles, and if you’re disconnected for longer than 7 days we may need to cancel your policy.

If we can’t measure your mileage, we’ll need to guess it. That means if your car isn’t reconnected before your policy ends or is cancelled, we’ll need to estimate the miles you drove at 150 miles per day.
