If your car struggles to start, the battery may need replacing.
If you’ve not driven recently, it may be that your battery just needs a jump start and a longer car journey or two to nurse it back to health.
If you find it’s going flat more often though, something else may be draining it - or it will need to be replaced. The car should let you know with warning signals on the dashboard, or if it’s been having any electrical issues. Your mechanic will be able to assess and help you with deciding whether it’s time to replace your car battery.
