If you have a By Miles policy to insure a Tesla car, but don't have a mobile phone, you won't be able to send us your miles. In this case, you'll need to contact us and we'll see what we can do to help. You can do this by emailing us at support@bymiles.co.uk.
Otherwise, you don't need a smartphone at all.
If you have a policy with a Miles Tracker, you do need to plug in your tracker before your activation date. If you'd like to manage your policy online, you can sign into the dashboard here. Otherwise we will update you each month with a summary.
If you have a By Miles Connect policy (without a tracker), you don't need a smartphone but you do need to connect via the dashboard before your activation date. And don't worry, we'll still send you an email each month with a summary if you don't log in.
