If your renewal payment fails, we'll let you know via email right away. You'll have 5 days to pay this amount, but your car will not be insured in the meantime.
If you need to update your card details, you can do so by following the steps here. Alternatively, you can reach out to the team by sending a message on the live chat, between 10am-4pm, through your app or web dashboard.
Do not turn off auto-renew in your app or web dashboard. It's worth noting that if your payment fails and you then switch off auto-renewal, the policy will lapse immediately and you will need to purchase a brand new policy through our website. If this happens, we cannot guarantee the same premiums.
