If you’re already a By Miles member, don’t worry – your existing insurance policy is still valid and you’re covered until your policy ends. Until then, you’ll be able to get in touch, manage your policy and use our mobile app or web dashboard as normal.
We will continue to offer new renewal quotes to existing customers until 6th January 2026.
For us to measure your miles, we need your Mercedes to talk to us. And to do that, you need a Mercedes me account. This is quick, free and easy to set up - as you can see in the video below.
As explained in the video, to set up your account, you may need either your VIN number or access to your car’s entertainment system - as well as photo ID. Start by downloading the app from The App Store or Google Play.
