We're no longer offering quotes for new customers. If you already have a valid quote from us, you can still retrieve it and buy a policy.

If you’re already a By Miles member, don’t worry – your existing insurance policy is still valid and you’re covered until your policy ends. Until then, you’ll be able to get in touch, manage your policy and use our mobile app or web dashboard as normal.

We will continue to offer new renewal quotes to existing customers until 6th January 2026.

How do I set up a BMW ConnectedDrive account?

For us to measure your miles, we need your BMW to talk to us. And to do that, you need a ConnectedDrive account. This is quick, easy and free to set up - as you can see in the video below.

As explained in the video, to set up your account, you’ll need your phone and your car’s entertainment system. Start by downloading the app from The App Store or Google Play.
