Important information about By Miles.

We're no longer offering quotes for new customers. If you already have a valid quote from us, you can still retrieve it and buy a policy.

If you’re already a By Miles member, don’t worry – your existing insurance policy is still valid and you’re covered until your policy ends. Until then, you’ll be able to get in touch, manage your policy and use our mobile app or web dashboard as normal.

We will continue to offer new renewal quotes to existing customers until 6th January 2026.

How do I turn the notifications in the By Miles app on and off?

To turn notifications on or off, you simply: 

1. Go to ‘Account Settings’ by clicking the person-shaped icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.

2. Select ‘Notifications’.

3. Turn on notifications on your device (if necessary).

4. Toggle the different notification types to ‘on’ or ‘off’.
