Important information about By Miles.

We're no longer offering quotes for new customers. If you already have a valid quote from us, you can still retrieve it and buy a policy.

If you’re already a By Miles member, don’t worry – your existing insurance policy is still valid and you’re covered until your policy ends. Until then, you’ll be able to get in touch, manage your policy and use our mobile app or web dashboard as normal.

We will continue to offer new renewal quotes to existing customers until 6th January 2026.

Where can I find the email address and password I need to log in to the app?

You choose the email address you want to use and set up a password when you purchase your policy, your email address can be found in your Policy Schedule. This is the email we’ll use to contact you. 

If you can't remember your password or want to reset it, just click "forgot password" on the log in screen of your app or web dashboard. We’ll then email you a link you can use to reset your password.
