We're no longer offering quotes for new customers. If you already have a valid quote from us, you can still retrieve it and buy a policy.
If you’re already a By Miles member, don’t worry – your existing insurance policy is still valid and you’re covered until your policy ends. Until then, you’ll be able to get in touch, manage your policy and use our mobile app or web dashboard as normal.
We will continue to offer new renewal quotes to existing customers until 6th January 2026.
Biometrics like Face ID and Touch ID make it quicker and easier to log in to the app. To get set up, simply:
1. Enable biometrics in your mobile phone settings
2. Go to ‘Account Settings’ by clicking the person-shaped icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.
3. Select ‘Face ID’/’Touch ID’.
4. Toggle biometrics and permissions ‘on’ or ‘off’.
You don’t need to use biometrics and if you do, your biometric data isn’t shared with us.
