Important information about By Miles.

We're no longer offering quotes for new customers. If you already have a valid quote from us, you can still retrieve it and buy a policy.

If you’re already a By Miles member, don’t worry – your existing insurance policy is still valid and you’re covered until your policy ends. Until then, you’ll be able to get in touch, manage your policy and use our mobile app or web dashboard as normal.

We will continue to offer new renewal quotes to existing customers until 6th January 2026.

Who will deliver my Miles Tracker package, and how can I track the delivery?

Your Miles Tracker will be delivered by the Royal Mail, 3 to 5 working days after you buy your policy.

Once your Miles Tracker’s sent, we'll send you an email with the tracking details. Or you can track your delivery.

Please note, the delivery will require a signature. If you’re not going to be home, you can rearrange delivery using the Royal Mail tracking link above.
