If you’re already a By Miles member, don’t worry – your existing insurance policy is still valid and you’re covered until your policy ends. Until then, you’ll be able to get in touch, manage your policy and use our mobile app or web dashboard as normal.
We will continue to offer new renewal quotes to existing customers until 6th January 2026.
Your Miles Tracker will be delivered by the Royal Mail, 3 to 5 working days after you purchase a policy.
If it takes longer than that, you can track your delivery using the tracking details emailed to you when your Miles Tracker was dispatched.
