Auxillis is our independent claims partner. They’re the first people you’ll talk to when you report anything that could result in a claim under your By Miles comprehensive motor insurance policy.
They’ll log the incident on our behalf and take down all the details from you. They’ll share all the necessary details with your insurer who’ll then contact you to take you through the claims process.
In some cases, Auxillis may give you the option to use their claims management process. In that case, your point of contact for the claim will be Auxillis. They’ll liaise with third parties, arrange any necessary repairs, and manage the settlement of your claim.
