Important information about By Miles.

We're no longer offering quotes for new customers. If you already have a valid quote from us, you can still retrieve it and buy a policy.

If you’re already a By Miles member, don’t worry – your existing insurance policy is still valid and you’re covered until your policy ends. Until then, you’ll be able to get in touch, manage your policy and use our mobile app or web dashboard as normal.

We will continue to offer new renewal quotes to existing customers until 6th January 2026.

How do I get proof of my No Claims Discount (NCD) when I leave By Miles?

If you leave us, we'll provide you with your NCD proof, which includes the NCD you've protected and grown with us. 

Remember, if you need to make a claim, or are involved in an accident that’s your fault, your NCD will still stay exactly where it was at the start of your policy. However, some claims, such as glass damage, won’t affect your NCD.
