We're no longer offering quotes for new customers. If you already have a valid quote from us, you can still retrieve it and buy a policy.
If you’re already a By Miles member, don’t worry – your existing insurance policy is still valid and you’re covered until your policy ends. Until then, you’ll be able to get in touch, manage your policy and use our mobile app or web dashboard as normal.
We will continue to offer new renewal quotes to existing customers until 6th January 2026.
When you buy a policy from us, we'll send the Miles Tracker straight out to you, but we know it’ll take a few days to arrive. Once it does, follow the instructions in the app to get it set up.
We'll give you 7 days to do this, starting from the time you purchase your policy. Your insurance will be completely valid in that time, and we won't raise your excess or charge you for any extra miles.
If you haven’t plugged the Miles Tracker in within 14 days your policy may be cancelled.
