Miles, Tracker, Plug, In, Activate
If you have plugged in your Miles Tracker and your app or dashboard still has a 'Hold tight and have a cuppa' message, you can take a few steps to help the Miles Tracker activate.
Check the Miles Tracker for a flashing light. If there is a light, it means it is connected to power and should be working. In this case, you may just need to delete and reinstall your app in order for the app to update.
If there is no light, it may mean the Miles Tracker is a little loose and you should follow the below steps:
1. Unplug the Miles Tracker and leave it unplugged for at least 1 hour.
2. Note down the last four numbers of the long number on the device.
3. Make sure you are parked in an area of mobile signal (so not underground!)
4. Plug firmly back in and see if any lights flash
