Miles Tracker, Unplug, Service, MOT, Charges
It's absolutely fine. You just need to let us know first, and make sure the garage doesn't lose the Miles Tracker. You can let us know by heading to your app or web dashboard and selecting 'I need to unplug my Miles Tracker' in the 'My Policy' section. Alternatively, you can drop us an email to support@bymiles.co.uk.
Please don't remove the Miles Tracker until you arrive at the garage or dealership - that allows us to verify it was unplugged there.
It’s also really important you remember to plug it back in again straight after the service.
