We’ve made a few changes to how we manage the end of your policy with us and we no longer require you to return the Miles Tracker to us.
Whilst your policy documents state you need to return your Miles Tracker and you might have recently seen an email confirming this, we’ve changed this to a more sustainable approach and waived the Miles Tracker fee. We’d now like you to recycle your device instead, this helps reduce the environmental impact of processing returns.
To safely recycle your Miles Tracker, please choose from one of the below options.
Option 1: Recycle with your recycling collection.
Many councils offer collection outside your home. Please check your local council’s website.
Option 2: Recycle at an electrical bring bank.
You can do a quick check to find your nearest drop off location to recycle your Miles Tracker. Add your location and select ‘small electricals’ and choose the recycle option.
Option 3: Return your tracker to us.
If you would prefer to return your tracker to us, please fill out this returns form so we can arrange this for you.
Please do not put your Miles Tracker in general waste, throwing away your electrical items, instead of recycling them is hazardous, and harms people, the planet and the economy (Recycle your electricals).
What will happen to my journey data?
There is no personally identifiable data stored on your Miles Tracker, and we automatically switch off all journey data centrally as part of the policy end process.
