If you’re already a By Miles member, don’t worry – your existing insurance policy is still valid and you’re covered until your policy ends. Until then, you’ll be able to get in touch, manage your policy and use our mobile app or web dashboard as normal.
We will continue to offer new renewal quotes to existing customers until 6th January 2026.
We cover damage to glass windscreens, windows, and sunroofs for either repair or replacement.
There is a separate excess for glass claims. You can find it in your Policy Schedule.
If you need to make a windscreen claim, call the By Miles claims line on 0330 088 3838. It’s open 24/7, all year round. You'll need to select the windscreen claim option and you’ll be put in touch with Autoglass, who are our windscreen damage claims handlers.
