If you’re already a By Miles member, don’t worry – your existing insurance policy is still valid and you’re covered until your policy ends. Until then, you’ll be able to get in touch, manage your policy and use our mobile app or web dashboard as normal.
We will continue to offer new renewal quotes to existing customers until 6th January 2026.
Yes, you’ll have a level of cover for repairs and damage caused by misfuelling - and we’ll even pay to fill your tank back up with the right stuff (up to 10 litres).
If you need to make a misfuelling claim, call our claims line on 0330 088 3838. You'll be put through to our claims handlers, Auxillis, our independent claims partner, who can help with this.
