If you’re already a By Miles member, don’t worry – your existing insurance policy is still valid and you’re covered until your policy ends. Until then, you’ll be able to get in touch, manage your policy and use our mobile app or web dashboard as normal.
We will continue to offer new renewal quotes to existing customers until 6th January 2026.
Yes, replacement key cover is included as standard with every By Miles policy. If your keys are lost or stolen, we can replace them for you. (There is a separate excess for key cover.)
