If you’re already a By Miles member, don’t worry – your existing insurance policy is still valid and you’re covered until your policy ends. Until then, you’ll be able to get in touch, manage your policy and use our mobile app or web dashboard as normal.
We will continue to offer new renewal quotes to existing customers until 6th January 2026.
Yes, up to £500 of personal belongings (things like clothing or sports equipment, kept in a locked boot) are covered as standard with every By Miles policy if they're stolen from your car, or damaged in an accident involving your car. We also provide up to an extra £300 for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
