If you’re already a By Miles member, don’t worry – your existing insurance policy is still valid and you’re covered until your policy ends. Until then, you’ll be able to get in touch, manage your policy and use our mobile app or web dashboard as normal.
We will continue to offer new renewal quotes to existing customers until 6th January 2026.
Yes, repairs carried out by your insurer’s approved repairer as part of a claim on a By Miles policy are guaranteed for 3 years, or until your car is sold (whichever comes first).
If, for any reason, you choose to use a repairer that your insurer hasn’t approved, different conditions may apply.
