Important information about By Miles.

We're no longer offering quotes for new customers. If you already have a valid quote from us, you can still retrieve it and buy a policy.

If you’re already a By Miles member, don’t worry – your existing insurance policy is still valid and you’re covered until your policy ends. Until then, you’ll be able to get in touch, manage your policy and use our mobile app or web dashboard as normal.

We will continue to offer new renewal quotes to existing customers until 6th January 2026.

Can I take out legal expenses cover?

If you'd like to buy legal expenses cover, you can add legal cover from the RAC onto your policy for £29.99 a year. You'll be able to add this when you buy or renew your policy.

Make sure that you check the cover offered against what you already get in our policy as standard so you can check that the policy is good value for you. Cover is subject to the RAC’s terms and conditions. 

If you’ve previously added ARC Legal Assistance to your policy, that cover will remain in place until the end of your policy year.
