Important information about By Miles.

We're no longer offering quotes for new customers. If you already have a valid quote from us, you can still retrieve it and buy a policy.

If you’re already a By Miles member, don’t worry – your existing insurance policy is still valid and you’re covered until your policy ends. Until then, you’ll be able to get in touch, manage your policy and use our mobile app or web dashboard as normal.

We will continue to offer new renewal quotes to existing customers until 6th January 2026.

My car was previously written off, can I get a quote?

As long as your car is roadworthy according to the DVLA, then we don't have any restrictions on cars that were previously written off.

That means if your car was a Cat C, D, N, or S but has been repaired to a standard that’s restored its structural integrity and safety - backed up by a valid MOT - you should be able to get a quote with us.
