Payment, Details, Update, Unpaid, Statements
Updating your payment details is easy. Just follow the steps below:
Mobile app:
- Click on the menu
- Go to "My Account"
- Go to "Payment details"
Web dashboard:
- Head over to dashboard.bymiles.co.uk
- Log in using your email address and password
- Click your name (top right)
- Click 'My Account'
- Go to 'Payment details'
Once you update your card details, we'll automatically retry payment for any unpaid mileage statements.
Just so you know, we cannot accept cards such as American Express or prepaid cards (like Monzo, Starling, Revolut). We accept all major UK banks.
