Adding, Changing, Additional, Drivers, Fees
You can make up to three self-serve changes to your policy each year absolutely free of admin fees through your app or web dashboard. If you make more than three changes, or you contact our Customer Experience team to make a change, you’ll be charged the admin fee shown in your Policy Schedule.
However, adding, removing or changing your named drivers can change both your upfront fixed cost and per-mile rate because they change the risk of an incident.
