If you’re already a By Miles member, don’t worry – your existing insurance policy is still valid and you’re covered until your policy ends. Until then, you’ll be able to get in touch, manage your policy and use our mobile app or web dashboard as normal.
We will continue to offer new renewal quotes to existing customers until 6th January 2026.
You can then log in with the email address and password you set when you bought your policy.
We love for you to stay safe on the road, and that’s just as true of the information highway. With that in mind, we recommend only downloading our app from a trusted source - such as Apple’s App Store or the Google Play store.
