Important information about By Miles.

We're no longer offering quotes for new customers. If you already have a valid quote from us, you can still retrieve it and buy a policy.

If you’re already a By Miles member, don’t worry – your existing insurance policy is still valid and you’re covered until your policy ends. Until then, you’ll be able to get in touch, manage your policy and use our mobile app or web dashboard as normal.

We will continue to offer new renewal quotes to existing customers until 6th January 2026.

Do I need to download the app?

You don’t need the app to have a policy but, you won’t be able to use features like Find My Car, Car Medic, Toll Reminders or our Journey Planner. 

We like to think that using the app makes things easier, but you can use our web dashboard to manage your account if you prefer.

We'll email your statements to you on your chosen billing date each month, too.

The app is a handy place to find your policy documents, but we’ll also email them to you when you join or renew.
