The app should be downloadable if you’re in the UK. How you fix this depends on whether you’re using an Android phone or an iPhone.
This might happen if you don't have a UK sim card, you purchased your device in another country, or are using non-UK payment details. So scroll down and find the right instructions for you.

- Go to the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Select your Apple ID at the top.
- Tap "Media & Purchases".
- Tap "View Account" and sign in if prompted.
- Select "Country/Region".
- Tap "Change Country or Region" and select the UK.
- Review and agree to the terms and conditions.
- You might need to update your payment method and billing address to match the new region.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your changes.
Android.
Your Google Play payment profile may be set to another region. Here’s how to change it:
- Open up the Play Store app.
- Click the menu icon (top left).
- Go to Account.
- Click Payment methods.
- Click More payment settings.
- On payments.google.com, click the menu icon.
- Click Settings.
- Country/Region should display as United Kingdom (GB). If it doesn't, click the pen icon and follow the steps to create a new payment profile.
- Once this is done, make a paid purchase on Google Play.
You should now be able to download the By Miles app.
