Yes. Just let us know if that’s what you want to do. It’s never too early to turn it off - you can let us know you want auto-renewal turned off from the moment you first purchase your policy.
To turn off your auto-renew yourself, head to your app or web dashboard. Once you've logged in, select 'My Policy' from the main menu and click the button which says 'Switch off auto renew'.
Alternatively, you can get in touch with us by email, via live chat or by phone. It’s never too early to turn it off - you can let us know you want auto-renewal turned off from the moment you first purchase your policy - but if you get in contact to ask us to turn auto renew off (or on) for you, it will need to be during our operating hours and before your policy renewal or end date, so we can make sure your changes are made in time.
If you do turn off auto-renewal, you will need to remember to arrange cover elsewhere - as we explain here. Of course, we’d be delighted to have you stay with us. If you want to turn auto-renewal back on, you can do so following the instructions above and clicking 'Switch on auto renew'.
