If you’re already a By Miles member, don’t worry – your existing insurance policy is still valid and you’re covered until your policy ends. Until then, you’ll be able to get in touch, manage your policy and use our mobile app or web dashboard as normal.
We will continue to offer new renewal quotes to existing customers until 6th January 2026.
When you make a claim, you can ask the insurer’s claim team for a list of their approved repairers. Depending upon where you live, you may be able to choose an approved repairer, but this isn’t the case in all instances.
If you use a non approved repairer when making a claim, there may be an additional excess to pay and your repairs won’t be guaranteed by your insurer. Non approved repairers won’t be able to offer you a courtesy car vehicle either.
