If you’re already a By Miles member, don’t worry – your existing insurance policy is still valid and you’re covered until your policy ends. Until then, you’ll be able to get in touch, manage your policy and use our mobile app or web dashboard as normal.
We will continue to offer new renewal quotes to existing customers until 6th January 2026.
If you're using the courtesy car provided by your By Miles comprehensive car insurer, or their approved repairer, then you and any named drivers on your policy will be insured to drive the courtesy car while yours is being repaired.
You will be covered under your By Miles comprehensive car insurance policy on the same basis as your car. If you use a Miles Tracker, you don't need to plug it into the courtesy car - those miles are on us.
