Important information about By Miles.

We're no longer offering quotes for new customers. If you already have a valid quote from us, you can still retrieve it and buy a policy.

If you’re already a By Miles member, don’t worry – your existing insurance policy is still valid and you’re covered until your policy ends. Until then, you’ll be able to get in touch, manage your policy and use our mobile app or web dashboard as normal.

We will continue to offer new renewal quotes to existing customers until 6th January 2026.

What changes can't I make through my app or dashboard?

There are some changes where our team will need to double check the details for you.

That’ll be the case if you need to change:

  • Your name or date of birth.
  • Personal driving details, including your status as a UK resident, your license type, the number of years you’ve held your license, or the types of usage your policy covers. 
  • Your No Claims Discount.
  • Your claims and/or convictions.
  • The date you pay monthly statements (if that’s how you pay).
  • Your delivery address.

You’ll need to drop an email to support@bymiles.co.uk with details or proof of the change and we can get that sorted for you.
