You can make up to 3 self-serve changes to your policy each year using your app or web dashboard - with no admin fees whatsoever.
You can make changes to:
- The car on policy.*
- Your parked location.
- Your address.
- Your contact details.
- Your additional drivers.
- Your contact details.
- Your payment details.
- Your private registration plate.
- Your renewal, including estimated mileage, how you pay for your renewal, Extras on your policy, and switching Auto-Renewal Off and On.

All changes are subject to the approval of your insurer. If you receive a 'Sorry, we can't make this change yet' message, there is an issue with the change. You'll need to reach out using live chat in your app, or give us a call. We can look into it and let you know if the change is possible.
Bear in mind that changing your policy details can mean your premiums go up or down.
