Sometimes, you might receive a refund from us. For example:
- We’ll refund you for every single mile you’ve paid for but not used at the end of your policy. (Something to look forward to…)
- If you make a policy change that lowers your fixed cost, we’ll refund you on a pro rata basis.
Refunds are always paid to the card they were taken from. Usually, this is your current card. But if you’ve updated your card details during your policy, you might find that you’re refunded on your old card.
In some cases, you might owe a charge (if you had us make a policy change for you) and also be due a refund (because your premium went down). In this case, you’ll see the charge and the refund as two separate transactions.
