If you’re already a By Miles member, don’t worry – your existing insurance policy is still valid and you’re covered until your policy ends. Until then, you’ll be able to get in touch, manage your policy and use our mobile app or web dashboard as normal.
We will continue to offer new renewal quotes to existing customers until 6th January 2026.
You don’t need to make a claim, but it’s a condition of your policy to let us know about any incidents which involve you or any named drivers using your car - including theft.
Contact our claims line on 0330 088 3838, managed by our independent claims partner Auxillis. Let them know you wish to report the incident for information only. Ideally, do this within the first 24 hours, and provide as much information as possible. They will take care of the rest.
