Important information about By Miles.

We're no longer offering quotes for new customers. If you already have a valid quote from us, you can still retrieve it and buy a policy.

If you’re already a By Miles member, don’t worry – your existing insurance policy is still valid and you’re covered until your policy ends. Until then, you’ll be able to get in touch, manage your policy and use our mobile app or web dashboard as normal.

We will continue to offer new renewal quotes to existing customers until 6th January 2026.

What is By Miles' correspondence address?

It's rare that we would ask you to send in physical documents - we aim to be as paperless as possible - but if you need to send anything to By Miles then the correct address is:

Remember that anything claims related is best handled directly with your insurer, and if you're ever unsure you can get in touch to chat with one of our team.
