If you aren't able to make changes through your app, there might be a few reasons:
- Activated your Miles Tracker yet? You won't be able to access the features available in the app and web dashboard until your Miles Tracker is activated. Don't worry, we can make a change for you if you reach out to us.
- Did you receive a 'Sorry, we can't make this change yet' message? If you did, there is an issue with the change. You'll need to reach out to us. We can look at what the issue is and let you know if the change is possible. Learn more about what changes you can’t make through your app or web dashboard.
