If you aren't able to make changes through your app, there might be a few reasons why:
Activated your Miles Tracker yet? You won't be able to access the features available in the app and web dashboard until your Miles Tracker is activated.

Did you receive a 'Sorry, we can't make this change yet' message? If you did, there is an issue with the change. You'll need to reach out on the live chat in your app. We can look at what the issue is and let you know if the change is possible.
- Are you in the last month of your policy? You'll need to get in touch with the team to make a change so that we can make sure all your details are correct on your renewal quote too. The best way to do that is by clicking HERE
